With me being on the staff team, I hope that it will benefit and rectify any flaws that I may obtain as of now, or may develop in the future. I can bring plenty of skills and qualities to the team which would be very beneficial. For example, I’m a hard worker and in addition to that, a quick learner. I’m very dedicated towards my positions and would take the time to learn the information needed to provide an excellent customer service experience for members of Gryphon. I’m easily adaptable to new atmospheres and wouldn’t have an issue communicating with the team. I can see myself reaching for success as I have determination and focus. I have strong communication skills which make me approachable. I treat people the way I would like to be treated, (with dignity and respect). Lastly, I have a positive attitude and I’m very motivational. I would bring motivation towards my fellow colleagues and help change their negatives into positives. I have shown effective communication skills many times among people this is by giving them advice or helping them with anything I can. I feel like I'd be able to enchance the gameplay here at Gryphon, meaning I'd be able to the Serious Roleplay seem fun with many events and also at the same time making sure that Roleplay is not disturbed with anything whcih can be classes as FalseRP. With me on the team I'd also be able to help fund the server and help develop the server even more by inviting others and making sure to keep the server active. With my skills, some being I have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, ability to remain calm, ability to care, and ability to be supportive and motivational. I always try my hardest to make other people feel positive. I care about the staff and I respect what they do in the day to day operations. I’m a caring and supportive person which will be beneficial when helping members through hard and difficult times. I’m good at taking responsibility when something goes wrong and how to fix it. I'm always there for anyone that needs me and if anything is wrong I will make sure to take care of it and not to leave it out for the last moment. I would say I’m different as I think logical. I’m also different in the way I have my own styles and I don’t let people bring me down. I always ignore the negative comments said and try to focus on staying positive so I can be a role model for other people. I should be chosen because I believe I have what it takes to become a successful member of the staff team. I think I would be a great addition and I could benefit for the best. I have skills which would be beneficial and I hope I will be able to inspire members as a Staff Member. I also should be chosen because I have high expectations for myself and I won’t abuse the powers I get. I am a trustworthy and mature person. I don’t abuse admin or use “fun commands” as personally, I think they are childish. I'd be able to help this community only positively if you accept me onto the team. I am currently in GMT as I live in the UK and I’m sure I’m going to stay in the GMT timezone for a long time so no need to worry about that changing. I would spend about 4 hours a day on Gryphon on weekdays because it’s when I don’t have a lot of time to spend on G-Mod. However, when I’m on a break or if I have holidays, I try my best to be on for longer such as about 5-6 hours a day. Since I have a ton of holidays coming up soon, I feel like I could be a lot more active, which includes me getting 5-6 hours a day in, equating to about 20-32 hours a week. [b]Do you have any previous experience on a Garry's Mod server as a staff?[/b] If so, what position did you have, how long did you have it, and why are you no longer a staff member there? I had worked at Star - Clone Wars RP for over 3 months as It'd been my sever and I had been building up a community with friends trying to make a serious but also fun RP which we had successfully done but due to there not being enough money to fund the sever we unfortunately had to shut down.
